I have been here a couple times and each time I have had exceptional service. They have been prompt, thorough and communicative. I appreciate the courtesy shuttle. Prices have always been fair and work has been done on time and budget.

I tried this place because I saw it advertised in the church bulletin. Extremely disappointed I had a 9 AM appointment and got them my car at 8:30 I told them I found them through my church. What was going on with my car and they told me they would call me back in an hour with diagnostics. I had to call twice in order to get the status of my vehicle and received attitude when I called the second time they called me back at around 1 PM to let me know what they are diagnosed and they started with a $550 charge for a new battery install installed on top of 195 for the diagnostics they then told me they could not tell what was going on with my brakes and would need to charge me in the area of $400 to diagnose this and once diagnosed they would remove the normal $85 charge but not the $450 charge which they would have to charge me because my bolts were swollen. None of this made any sense and I had already been rubbed the wrong way by being ignored for hours. I paid $195 happily to get my car back from them after them having it all day and doing nothing. I hope this helps people going forward
