This is a great, locally owned, trustworthy repair shop. They were through in their review of my car. Received a complete inspection report with videos showing me all issues and detailed recommendations for future repairs. Their prices are fair, customer service is exceptional and they deliver on time as promised. I will continue to use this shop for all my auto repairs.

I had a great experience at this location thanks to Angel! I came in for a second opinion after having issues with my car, and Angel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to look into the problem and got my car back up and running in no time. I really appreciate the honesty, great customer service, and quick turnaround. I highly recommend this location and especially Angel for anyone needing help with their vehicle.

I have been getting my cars serviced at Naperautoworks for years thanks to a referral. Service is always great and trustworthy. The Monday after the 4th of July as I was leaving my home going to Chicago to feed my 93 yr old cousin started out and car had symbols I didn't recognize. I immediately gave a call and explained to the person at the desk whose name is ANGEL. I've dealt with him before very professional, knowledgeable, patient and always has a smile. ANGEL went over and beyond with the process of working me in that day which was busy and listening to my numerous calls keeping me calm. Thanks again ANGEL.
