We had a great experience with Trevor and Naper Auto Works. They have been our go-to mechanic for a decade now. They were incredibly thorough with their inspection and took the time to explain everything clearly, and even followed up with us days later. There was a small misunderstanding with our service, but they went above and beyond to make it right, fixing the issue at no extra cost and even giving us a couple of free tires as a gesture of goodwill. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Naper Auto Works for a number of years now after a few bad experiences at the dealer where I purchased my car. I wish I would have changed years before. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and experienced. I loved the fact they offered pickup and drop off service when my car was in for service. The office crew are friendly and professional. They explain all the work that was done. Most importantly their prices are very, very reasonable, especially when compared to the dealerships. I worked in Naperville until my retirement last year. I live approximately 55 miles away, and I still bring my car in for service, that's how much I believe and trust in their work. When they tell me the work is done, I know the work is REALLY done, and done right. I will continue to honor them as long as I own and drive a car..

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience taking my car to Naper Auto Works for the first time. I had a monitor that had failed an emissions test, and they took care of every aspect of getting the issue taken care of, it was really appreciated. I will suggest them to others and would not hesitate to take my car there again, if needed, in the future.

My first visit to Naperville Auto. Definitely not the last. I found the staff to be personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Service was delivered on time, priced precisely in line with estimate, and with a detailed outline of future -- prioritized -- recommended maintenance. I presented a challenge -- I want to exceed 250,000 miles. "No problem, we can do that," was the response. Can't ask for more than that.

My car failed the emission inspection. I drove right to Naper Auto Works with report from test at 1 PM. My car is 9 years old with less than 11K miles. The Test site said I need to drive more to activate some sensors. I over 70 and do not drive that much. Naper Auto Works said the would fix it, no charge. I have had the car serviced with them for years. Naper Auto Works called at 4 PM and said car was ready for pickup. They fixed the problem the same day AND HAD THE CAR PASS the emission inspection. WOW!! That is GREAT customer service. Thank You Naper Auto Works. You really help you customers.

In today's world with all the crap going on - rising tariffs, supply chain and politically created issues - it's very difficult to know what things should or will cost. Hence, it's even more important than ever to do business with honest businesses and business people. I had my vehicle serviced today at Naper Auto Works; standard maintenance stuff. When I got the bill it appeared high to me but in light of the aforementioned issues I just assumed things had gotten more expensive so I paid the bill and left. Cudos to Robert at Naper Auto Works. He apparently felt similiarly. A few minutes after I left he called to let me know he re-reviewed my bill and determined there was an error and wanted my credit card number to process a credit. Realistically if he had not done that I would have never been the wiser and would have over paid. So, in addition to the great work Naper Auto Works does, I highly recommend them because they are honest business people and take care of their customers. Frank
