Had my daughter's car in for an unknown issue, which was diagnosed and repaired by the technician at Naper Auto Works. The experience was very positive, staff was friendly, explained the issue(s) and options transparently. What was feared to be a terminal issue going in was taken care of and has bought more time. Absolutely fabulous! Trustworthy and helpful. Originally we brought our son's car to the dealer to have it checked because the engine light was on. They gave us a list of multiple problems and said it would cost over a thousand to fix it. We scheduled an appointment with Naper Auto Works and they ran a diagnostic. Nothing wrong except low tire pressure. They filled the tires and the engine light went off. No charge. From now on, we will always go to Naper Auto Works first.

Trevor and the crew were immeasurably helpful to me. I had an accident and the car spent a long time at the shop before being totalled by State Farm and eventually towed. Trevor is a font of knowledge and helped me understand what to do. He answered all my questions vwery well as I knew nothing about car collisions and the aftermath. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to everyone.
