Trevor and the crew were immeasurably helpful to me. I had an accident and the car spent a long time at the shop before being totalled by State Farm and eventually towed. Trevor is a font of knowledge and helped me understand what to do. He answered all my questions vwery well as I knew nothing about car collisions and the aftermath. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to everyone.

I don’t even have words to describe how grateful I am to have the guys at Naper Auto Works! I have been taking my Audi A7 for years but recently I got into a car accident. Naper Auto Works went above and beyond for me with communication with not only me but with my insurance company’s adjuster and the body shop as well.
