On the way home from the Fitness center my 2000 VW Jetta VR6 GLX started to display a battery alarm on the dashboard every few seconds with beeping. The Naper Auto Repair was on my way so I stopped in so they could to diagnose the problem. Lucky for me that this auto repair shop is only a block and a half from my house in downtown Naperville. I left the car with them, but they told me that since I didn’t have an appointment it might be tomorrow, before they’d be able to look at it. The repair technician diagnosed the problem the next day. It needed a new alternator and battery. The car is 26 years old so they needed two days to locate the parts and install them. The staff behind the desk was very professional and emailed me the estimate so I could accept it. Long story short – they fixed it in the timeframe that they said, and the estimate was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the service I got. The car is running perfect, which is amazing since it is 26 years old.

Travelling through Naperville and the check engine light went on in my car. The staff took my car in last minute despite being a busy Friday, ran the diagnostic and had me on my way super fast after assuring me it was only a sensor and I was OK to drive until I got home. Absolutely fabulous! Trustworthy and helpful. Originally we brought our son's car to the dealer to have it checked because the engine light was on. They gave us a list of multiple problems and said it would cost over a thousand to fix it. We scheduled an appointment with Naper Auto Works and they ran a diagnostic. Nothing wrong except low tire pressure. They filled the tires and the engine light went off. No charge. From now on, we will always go to Naper Auto Works first.
