I had a great first experience with Naper Auto Works. Chris gave me a detailed quote on the phone for the tie rod replacement and alignment on my 2007 Mazda 6. They were able to get me an appointment in the same week and they open at 7:00AM which is great for dropping off my car before work. Chris called during the day to provide an update on the work and they had it done exactly when they said. They also came in slightly below the price they quoted which is great. I will definitely bring my car to them in the future.

Very friendly, professional, prompt service. They explained, very thoroughly and in terms I could understand, the workthat needed to be done to my car. I appreciate the fact that they gave me options on what work could be done in order to save me a substantial amount of money. I feel they were honest and fair in their pricing. Would definitely recommend their services. I drove all the way from Aurora to their shop in Naperville, but very much worth the drive.

Naper Auto Works is the must reliable and trustworthy auto shop in the Naperville area, hands down. In my most recent situation, my car exhibited a grinding noise during turns. Whereas Toyota of Naperville told me the car's heat shield needed replacement at a $1300 cost, Naper Auto Works was able to re-tighten the existing heat shield and I was charged for the hour's labor only.Naper Auto Works can be counted on to be fair and honest.

I was very surprised and grateful for the speed with which my work was completed satisfactorily. Convenient location to my work so dropped car the night before and already had a call by 9.30 a.m with a diagnosis. John called me two or three times throughout the day to let me know of progress and pricing and the car was ready to collect by the time I left work that same day. Thank you so much.

Excellent Customer Service. Follow up on Parts, install. I just stopped by on a Saturday, Bill fixed my door immediately and we ordered a part for trim that they fixed the following Wednesday. Timely and Friendly.
