Our van had two issues which included an exhaust repair and complete suspension repair. After picking up the van I had driven about 3 to 5 miles when something broke loose related to the suspension and I had to return to the shop the next day. They fixed the issue right away and the van is in great shape. If not for that one issue I would've given them five stars

You can ask as many questions as you want to understand the scope of work, they take the time to explain.Several years ago I had a pesky electrical problem with a 2003 FORD Taurus which was repaired twice, and again failed.
