And the best part, they'll explain any issue they encounter with your car in detail without being patronizing. Great crew ... Kudos to Jim, Bill, John and team.

Always know what I am getting when bringing my car to Naper and it's great service. Fixed issues I was currently having and made suggestions about other items that may need to be done in the near future. With the recommendations, based on the age and mileage on the car, talked through the pros and cons of getting fixed or looking for something new. Won't go anywhere else!
