VERRY SATISFIED WITH PROMPT SERVICE

I went in for my first oil change and requested a multi-point inspection. During the inspection they found that my battery was in need of replacement. I authorized the work and it was completed promptly.Upon returning home, my wife noticed that one of the headlights was out. This seemed like something that would have been discovered in the inspection. Naper Auto Works called me later that evening to follow up on my service. I told them about the headlight and they asked me to return. They replaced the headlight at no charge to me and apologized for the inconvenience.Mistakes happen and they made things right. They have earned my business and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I am very happy with the service and the experience.

They always provide a full explanation of work to be done ahead of time. They also review the bill in a clear manner when picking up the car. Love these guys ! Been brining my car here for over 25 years!

I took my car in for routine maintenance yesterday, and when my wife drove me to pick it up the door on her Sienna was stuck, and a loud beep sounded whenever the car was in gear. I asked if they could help, and Bill came out and worked on it for about 15 minutes. We finally got the beep to stop. This is the kind of extra help I've come to expect from Naper Auto Works, and why I'll keep coming back.
