Naperville Auto Repair

My check engine light came on and sudden panic soon followed. My car immediately started running very rough, very loud and then the car died. Instantly, my biggest fear kicked in, I have to buy a new car and I'll have a car note. (Something I've been avoiding for sometime now) But, I decided to take it to Naper Auto Works, to see if they could save my 1999 Chrysler Sebring and keep me from selling my soul to a car dealership. The gentlemen John and Bill, were very nice and honest. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me, because I was a woman. They fixed my car and I'm very happy now. Very happy that I didn't sell my soul to a car dealership and get a new car. There's more work to be done on my car and I plan on returning to Naper Auto Works to have it done. I got a call from the owner admitting to their error and willing to do whatever it took to satisfy me. I requested he reduce the charge down to $450 within the original estimate and he agreed. It was clearly a mistake on their part and mistakes happen. I did not take him up on his offer because his willingness to do it is what matters, it was a mistake in their quoting me and the work was done to my car. Thank you for caring enough to reach out and offer to do whatever it took to correct the situation.
