Very happy with the service received on my Saturn. It has a few miles on it and was beginning to show its age with interesting "bumps" and "thumps". Was glad to go along on a test drive before service to point out our concerns. Excellent service at a fair price.

The most important feature is that I can trust their judgment. They analize the problem and notify you as to the cost and when you can expect to finish the job.

Very professional service without any upsell. Did the work that was required on time and did not try to milk me for other " mechanic recommended" services, like other places.

Naper Auto Works was responsive, sensible, and patient as we made decisions about how to proceed with my son's very old car. Chris and Bill were terrific every time we talked to them. They have been honest, reassuring, and always did what they said they were going to do. This is the second time we have asked for their help with our college student-kid's cars. Our kids were in Naperville, we were living far away and our car needs were always taken seriously. They were helpful and gave us straight forward feedback about the cars. I hope we don't have to go back again, but if we needed car help they would be the first ones we would call!
