Naper Auto Works was responsive, sensible, and patient as we made decisions about how to proceed with my son's very old car. Chris and Bill were terrific every time we talked to them. They have been honest, reassuring, and always did what they said they were going to do. This is the second time we have asked for their help with our college student-kid's cars. Our kids were in Naperville, we were living far away and our car needs were always taken seriously. They were helpful and gave us straight forward feedback about the cars. I hope we don't have to go back again, but if we needed car help they would be the first ones we would call!

Fast, accurate and fair

I've taken both our vehicles in for repair in the last 6-months. The service is fantastic, I'll never go anywhere else again!

Needed a new battery. Work was completed while I waited. Also replaced a bad connector.

Very helpfull,nice and got the job done the very next day from my first visit.

It's only been 3 days since I picked up my car and the car is running OK. Not sure if the car is still leaking because of the weather being so wet. I'm not sure how to rate because I haven't had the car back for that long so I'm not sure if my problem was fixed. Everyone at Naper Auto Works were nice. Both drivers who provided rides to and from my home were very nice. After telling some friends/family what I paid to get it fixed they weren't so sure if that was a good price. Since I'm not by any means a mechanic and know a lot about cars I wasn't sure either. All I know is I needed my car problem fixed. I would recommend Naper Auto Works to a friend but inform them to know more about cars than I do.

Quite happy with the service as usual. I called on Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday of same week. Car in for oil change and brake job. They offer competitive rates for imports compared to local dealers. I have been taking my vehicle to Naper Auto Works for 7 years following a referral. Bill is especially helpful and offers guidance on repairs requiring immediate attention and those that can wait. I feel confident when leaving the shop because I know the work was done right. Wishing them many more years of prosperous business.
