Good experience every time we take our cars in.

We only had a tail light that needed to be replaced but they worked us into an otherwise full schedule of theirs to fix it. In our busy life it is always a huge help to have a group like Naper Auto Works that is willing to work around our schedule.

I needed a diagnosis of a possible timing belt failure. The work was done promptly and within the time estimated. I received thorough explanations about the diagnosis, which were easy to understand and very helpful. A very competent and honest shop.

I have been taking my car to Naper Auto Works for years and they do an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing my car. They are also very honest. I started going there because my car wouldn't start and I had it towed to Naper Auto Works because it was the closest repair shop.They thought my battery was dead. I had picked out a new battery to buy. When they went to install it, they realized that the old battery was still good, but some of the connections were loose. They told me I didn't need a new battery when they easily could have sold me one. Naper Auto Works has been my mechanic ever since, and my car runs great!
