Naper Auto Works Did a used car pre-purchase inspection for me. It was a good thing I brought the car in. They found a few things that showed the previous owner did not keep the car up the way he claimed.

Always a great experience with Naper Auto Works. Since abandoning my life-long relationship with Firestone (even through their tire debacle in the 1990's), in the recent years, Firestone has provided such poor, incompetent and incomplete service (while still charging me full price), I moved to Naper Auto Works. I have been tremendously satisfied ever since. They service my 2 vehicles as though the vehicles are their own... I have NOTHING bad to say, and I have the highest of accolades for Naper Auto Works. (and no, I wasn't paid to say this, no discounts... just the truth from an ex-loyal-Firestone customer)
