The car was fixed and ready by the end of the day. They communicated the problem and the costs. They are always professional and accomodating. I would recommend their services whole heartedly.

My check engine light had gone off and they were able to find a connection that needed replacing. They chose a material that will prevent the problem from recurring. I was able to schedule my appt. via the internet and the work was done in a couple of hours.

I just had another great experience with Naper Auto Works and this is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles for service. They are professional, courteous, friendly and, most of all, knowledgeable when it comes to auto care. I highly recommend that you give them a try if you haven't used their services yet.

Would not go anywhere else. They do excellant work and while cost isn't cheap, it is well worth it to know your getting good service and not being taken to the cleaners regarding your auto. Best auto repair work in town.
