The team at Naper Auto did a great job of diagnosing the problem, and provided an economical fix. Always take my cars there, they know what they are doing and are very fair.

I'm a long time customer. I asked that NAW check the brakes on my car. They called back with two cost effective options for my front brakes and indicated I didn't need rear shoes yet. Later in the day the car was ready early and the repairs were completed via the less expensive option. I think they even replaced the battery in my electronic key.

My wife's car wouldn't start, so we called to have the car towed in to get repaired.When Bill arrived with the tow truck, he said let me look at it.he got behind the wheel and got the car started. It was flooded.He could have put it on the truck, towed it back to the shop and said that we needed a fuel pump or injectors and charged for the tow.Instead he just charge a minimal service call fee. It's good to see that honest people are still out there. A great bunch of "NICE PEOPLE".

Thanks for your honest review. I know it was expensive but I also knew it would be fixed correctly and not overcharged. You guys do great work and I feel like I always get treated honestly and you have fair prices for the service needed. Thanks

I had an unplanned emergency situation and needed to get my car repaired immediately before a trip. Naper Auto works took care of it and gave me a ride home while they worked on it too! Very professional!

Jim search for our replacement mirror and found one in Utah/Nevada--ordered it for us and was told a price and it came in under the quoted price... Thanks for the help and hte extra mile you all went to get my computerized mirror for us!!!

I brought both my cars in for an oil change. Both times the guys let me know about concerns they saw that were not a part of the typical oil change. Their intent was not to get more business out of me, rather they raised a concern to me and gave me all the supporting information to me so that I could make a decision.

We've been going to Naper Auto Works for 13 years and LOVE them. My parents used to live in Naperville and they were always very happy with the work and the service. My brother worked as an automotive insurance adjuster in the area for awhile and praises Naper Auto as honest and highly skilled. The proof is in the work they've done for us over they years -- always on target with their diagnosis and always repaired in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service, too!

I appreciate that having an oil change at Naper Auto is more than just drain and fill. I have confidence that your mechanics inspections are honest, through, and potential problems are identified before they become big problems. Also, the work done to resolve the problem gets an A+.
