I have taken several cars to Naper Auto Works over the years and feel I can trust them for efficient, thorough work at a fair price. They will help long term by giving me a heads up if my old car will be needing a certain repair soon, thereby helping me avoid a breakdown. When I hear an unusual noise they are always willing to take a look and advise me of the urgency of a repair. I know I can trust them to be fair and honest. They do great work!

We've used Naper for years because we trust them to do the job right at a fair price. If you bring the car in and Jim sees that you have an active warranty, rather than doing the work himself, he'll get your car to the dealer so the work is done free (happened with our daughter's catalytic converter). I really appreciate that they work with Naperville Cares car program to get vehicles to people in true need. We donated our car this way rather than selling it used. Supporting the community and trustworthy service, what more do you want?

Great service. First, there's no doubt they know what they're doing. They treat my car as if it was their own, or better yet, their own daughter's car. Not only do they do the basics, they check over the car to see if there is something else I didn't think of which might cause a breakdown on a trip... and they called me with an explanation of what they see that should be done, with a recommendation of what should be done to correct the problem... either immediately or in the future, plus a quote of the cost; and then they get it done on time and on budget. You simply can't ask for anything better. Oh yeah, and they do it with a smile, too. Like I said, Great service!
