We've been taking our cars here for about a dozen or more years (I've lost track because I never think about switching places). They do everything for us from the regular maintenance to diagnosing and fixing a full range of mild to severe problems. Always works out fast, fine, and without worries. Prices are reasonable and sane and you pay ONE time and it's done right. You never have to look back for any re-repair work that sneaks back to get you.

Once again, Naper Auto Works did a great job detecting the problem with our minivan. One day service was wonderful.

As usual the service was great. I expected to have brakes put on all 4 wheels, but Bill called and said I only needed 2 wheels done. They also gave me a free estimate about taking care of a problem indicated by the check engine light.

I have been going to Naper Auto Works for years and would go nowhere else. You can trust them to give you the correct diagnosis and only fix what needs to be done, which is the most important thing for a car owner.

This past Tuesday I took my car in to get the washer fluid hose replaced and a basic oil change. It was the first time I'd ever been there and I chose to go there based on the reviews I read online. Overall, it was great. They were VERY helpful and welcoming and I felt like a valued customer. I think they did quick and successful work on my car.
