I knew the van was due for a timing belt change. The price for the timing belt replacement with labor was $50 less than the estimate he gave me about 8 months ago the last time I was in. The sliding door sounded horrible and would kick back when it was 4 inches from closing. The guiding roller was broken and the hinge was seized up. Bill kept the old parts to show me what was wrong without me asking him to do so. There was one other part that he replaced and showed me the damaged old one also. He knew going in that all the work going might not be done in one day. It was done by noon on the 2nd day which met the guidance he gave me. I've never had a repeat problem with any of the work they have performed.

While on a trip a couple of hours north of home, my car started acting up. By the time I got home it was late in the afternoon on a Friday. I was expecting to be without my car all weekend while it was being fixed. To my surprise and happiness, it was fixed in about an hour and a half and at a very reasonable price.

Friendly, fair, someone you can trust to tell you "do you really need this for your car". Jim, Greg and Bill are the best. I have used Naper Auto for over 20 years, the team is great. They communicate with you through out your repair cycle. Thanks for having a small town feel in Naperville.

We have used NAW for many years. They have skilled mechanics, complete work quickly and offer fair but not cheap prices. They are willing to take time to discuss issues and offer options for problems. Their bills are detailed and they maintain good computer based histories for each car serviced. They also offer coffee and good magazines.

This visit was for an oil change and inspection. Well done. Qualified and experienced people here. Great advice. Not pushy to do the repair immediately. I trust them. Local Ownership is a plus.
