Brought my wife's SUV in thinking I needed a total brake job because some squealing when backing out in the morning. Robert gave me a quote previously which seemed reasonable in today's environment so I said do the brakes when I bring it in. Tom called me to inform me the brakes were good yet and still had fair amount of life on them. Wow ! I was so impressed with the HONESTY. Easily could have done the work and charged me. I have worked with Naper Auto for years and this experience confirms why. Great family business with a personal touch. Refreshing to say the least.
