I have been taking my various vehicles to Naper Auto Works for since about 2001. They are always polite and give good service and good advice. I have no complaints. They are conveniently located for me, so that I do not find myself having to be late to work because of a car problem. And the staff at Naper Auto Works oftentimes will provide transportation to my home if I need it. Those two points are also important considerations for me.
