Trevor did a great job of explaining which were more urgent than others, and provided a quick quote for everything so I could comparison shop. Knowing that NAW has been in business in Naperville for so long gave me confidence in their honest work. Everyone I encountered during the process was professional, and I plan to return for additional work in the future.

I am a do-it-yourselfer but when a repair is beyond me and my skills I always feel confident that when I take my car in for service at Naper Auto Works I will be receiving the highest quality attention to my car and to myself. They take the time to explain what is needed and if, during the repair process, they find an estimated repair is not required they will inform me. I find them honest, professional and up to date with the latest repair procedures and diagnostic methods as well.

This was my first time going to Naper Auto Works. I needed them to check my brakes. I spoke with Angel over the phone and Trevor when I got there. These guys were awesome! Angel and his staff did a thorough job inspecting my brakes. I was pleased how well they handled my concerns. Very respectful and helpful to meet my need(s), of service. They are close by me and I plan on going to them for future services. Angel truly lives up to his name. (An angel) 👍☺️😇

Ive been taking my car here for years. They are the ONLY mechanics that I allow to touch my familys vehicles. Their integrity, professionalism, and quality expertise has been consistent throughout, from my very first experience with them. Btw, they dont throw parts at a problem they diagnose the symptoms to fix the problem. Firestone quoted me $2200 for a specific repair, then I moved to Naper Auto Naper Auto diagnosed & fixed the actual issue. I was totally prepared to pay $2200, but Naper Auto said they discovered what the ACTUAL problem was, and only charged me $187.00 because thats all the repairs that was needed. Yep, they are the ONLY mechanics that I allow to touch my families vehicles.
