I am beyond pleased with my service and repair work performed at Naper Auto Works! I am new to the area and it’s so comforting to know there is a reliable, honest place to service our cars. All work was reported and explained clearly and performed in a timely manner at a fair price. They really seemed to take pride in their work and went the extra mile. It was a pleasure doing business with Naper Auto Works!

It was really nice meeting you, thank you for being patent with me as I tried to get your phone paired via Bluetooth on your 2009 Mercedes-Benz ML550. Next time maybe I'll ask our technicians before I struggle with it!

Naper Auto went above and beyond to find a short in our older 4Runner. It took experience and knowledge to find the problem and I was they kept me informed during the diagnosis.

This was my first time visiting Naper Autoworks based on a friends’ recommendation. They are a top notch company and we’re very honest, upfront and reasonable. I was very satisfied with the quality of the repair and I would highly recommend using them. The bonus is that they are a local company and it feels good to keep my business inside our Naperville community. Thank you to Trevor for being on top of everything and explaining what my options were without trying to upsell anything. Two thumbs up!
