You know when there is a little bit of a wait to get an appointment it can be frustrating but I will tell you it's worth the wait. I have a 20 yr old vehicle that needed extensive steering/ suspension work. I love that they did an all point inspection and then emailed that inspection and laid out what was wrong and color coded it in order of importance. Customer service was exceptional, communication was above and beyond. I asked around town and everyone said I had to take my car here. Anytime I can support a locally owned family business I try to make that effort, and I am extremely happy I made that choice with Naper. They have a new customer for life!

I cannot thank Na per Auto Works enough after they solved my problem with passing the emissions test. They were fantastic including No the driver who took me home and picked me up. I will always take my car here and have spread the word to friends looking for a great place to take their cards.
