We had a great experience with Trevor and Naper Auto Works. They have been our go-to mechanic for a decade now. They were incredibly thorough with their inspection and took the time to explain everything clearly, and even followed up with us days later. There was a small misunderstanding with our service, but they went above and beyond to make it right, fixing the issue at no extra cost and even giving us a couple of free tires as a gesture of goodwill. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Naper Auto Works for a number of years now after a few bad experiences at the dealer where I purchased my car. I wish I would have changed years before. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and experienced. I loved the fact they offered pickup and drop off service when my car was in for service. The office crew are friendly and professional. They explain all the work that was done. Most importantly their prices are very, very reasonable, especially when compared to the dealerships. I worked in Naperville until my retirement last year. I live approximately 55 miles away, and I still bring my car in for service, that's how much I believe and trust in their work. When they tell me the work is done, I know the work is REALLY done, and done right. I will continue to honor them as long as I own and drive a car..

I had a monitor that had failed an emissions test, and they took care of every aspect of getting the issue taken care of, it was really appreciated.
