Awesome experience our son had a mail in his tire and we live 3 hours away and would have been over a week until we could deal with it. I emailed them and Trevor took it from there. Got the car in the leak patched and Dan finished it up for us. Would definitely recommend them again. Over and above in service

I have used NAW for years. They are friendly, knowledgeable, reputable and efficient. I especially like the pick-up and drop-off service. They tell you what needs to be done urgently and what you can wait to have done. So you have some choices. Don't forget to check the website for a coupon.

The service here is exceptional! They are careful and thoughtful with their advice, totally trustworthy. My 2009 Honda CRV's clock stopped working correctly the beginning of 2022. Naper Auto Works did the research and found out it was a software glitch the should be corrected in August. They even printed out the research for me! I wouldn't take me care anywhere else.

It's a odd one that's for sure! If anyone readying this has a clock issue on a Honda that started in 2022 its most likely a software issue. Let us know in August if they take car of it!

Class acts always. Trevor answers the phone before 7:30am, and is ready to assist. Not all places in town have that early morning willingness to get you in & out and on with your day. Great job guys !

Thanks Ryan, we always have opened at 7am so most people can get to us before work if needed. If not we also have the after hours key drop box.
