I am very pleased with the service I received at Naper Auto Works and particularly the notification of severe corrosion of the rear frame. The problem was covered by a Hyundai recall, but i wouldn't have know about it if it hadn't been spotted at Naper Auto Works.

We trust the service writers and mechanics at Naper Auto Works. They offered to test my battery rather than just replace it based on its age. They checked my tire depth rather than just replacing tires based on mileage. The service writers and mechanics have proven to be trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Went in with a weird electrical issue, they poked around found a few issues two other places didn’t and suggested a reasonable fix. Will definitely be back (know I’ll have to be, there’s other things that need fixing!) Thanks so much

Dan was extremely responsive and helpful and the inspection they did on our car was so thorough and it was really great to have it all spelled out in a report complete with pictures. We didn’t end up having a repair done yet, but definitely will when it comes time!
