I dropped off my car the afternoon before my scheduled service the next day, and they were able to fit me in that same day. They cleaned my car keys with antibacterial wipes before returning them to me. Very professional service.

Easy to make an appointment. I left my car for diagnostic testing. The communication process included a text with pictures and a detailed assessment, followed by a phone call. No unnecessary work was recommended or performed.

We had a frustrating problem with the door latch that caused our door open light to go on. I tried to solve this by tightening and that didn’t work. In about 1/2 hour they identified the problem adjusted the door and charged us about $65. I hesitate to think what the dealer might have done! This is a very fair minded auto store.
