I have a 21 year old car that requires a significant amount of repair and maintenance. I have been going to Naperville Auto Repair for the last 5 years and hhave nothing but good things to say about them. Their pricing is fair, their service is professional but friendly, and their work is excellent.

We now live in Idaho and our son moved to Chicago so when we need to get our son’s car checked up we only trust Naper Auto Works. Yes it is more work for our son to drive out to Naperville but we never have to worry about the repairs and they always treat us fairly.

Very professional as always. Everything was explained fully, and was texted a vehicle inspection report during routine maintenance with pictures of any issues they found so I could see the issues for myself that need any immediate or future attention, so you know they are not "making up anything". Then, I was printed a list of the issues with prices on how much things would cost to fix. Those two things are key! Highly recommended!

I was really impressed with my first experience using NAW. The gentleman who helped me at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The service was completed the same day I dropped it off which I was not expecting! I will definitely be returning in the future.
