At long last I had to give up on my 2000 Neon. After discussing the matter with Robert, I decided that $2000 to overhaul the transmission was not worth it given the cars age and history of issues. Robert diagnosed the problem and gave me all the reasons why putting that kind of money iinto that old of a car was probably not worth it . Naperville Auto has consistently given me fair pricing, good service and honest evaluation of my car's problems. When I buy a new caar, they will be the one's I look to for service.

I had a dead battery; got a jump start from the auto club and drove to Naper Auto and asked if they could check things out and install a new battery, if needed, while I waited. They caid they could and did, thus saving me a couple of trips back and forth.
