I needed urgent service and Naper Auto Works made room to service my car the same day that I called. They called me every step of the way to explain what they found, the work they thought was needed, and the cost of any repairs. They were honest, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend Naper Auto Works.

These guys are great!!! There honest, know how to fix cars even I when it’s unusual and intermittent. Their customer service is excellent. I only let them service my cars because I trust them!!! I really can’t say enough positive things about them!!!!!

My first experience with N A started with a recommendation from a local auto parts store when they learned of my SUV problem. First impressions are the best...customer-centric, friendly, knowledgable, and honest...followed by very competent.. I will recommend my friends and neighbors to take their car/truck problems to Naper Auto.
