This was my first visit to Naper auto works and I was WOWED, As a female I often feel duped or taken advantage of when it comes to auto issues. Reliable shop

Excellent service every time. I've had my car serviced 4 or 5 times now for various things that need to be fixed over time. Thank you for be on-time as well and picking me up and dropping me off. Thanks to Joan!

GREAT JOB !

I replaced my battery the night before and the light turned back on within minutes. I had a feeling I needed an alternator too. First thing in the morning I made it over to the shop and asked them to check out the trouble with my Jeep. They confirmed it was what I needed and were helpful getting me a ride to my job nearby. It was a relief to know all the work would be completed by the afternoon as I needed my car for a farther drive the next day. Everyone was very helpful and it cost what I thought it would - I will recommend them to a friend at work looking for an auto shop she can trust.
