Naperville Auto Repair

I had heard great things about Naper Auto Works so decided to try them out last year for some routine things. Their service and proactive guidance were terrific, as was their pricing. Today I had my rear brakes replaced and was advised I don't need to do the front ones for about 10K more miles. Other auto repair places try to push people into things they don/t need, but not Naper Auto Works. This is my go-to place from now on!

Had my car looked at for a sensor light that went on, and had then reset itself. Since the problem couldn't be pinpointed with certainty and was safe to drive, they suggested waiting until this appeared again, instead of spending money I didn't need to. Appreciate the honesty!

Every single experience I’ve ever had there. They’ll treat your car as if it’s their own child’s car. Their integrity is beyond words, but here’s an excellent example: I knew I had a $2200 repair coming up, but when they started working on it, they discovered it was only a faulty part ending costing me only $170 total!!! They are the ONLY auto repair shop I allow to touch my car. A+++

Naperville Auto Repair has always been honest with what needs to be done with our Chrysler and Buick. They don't say something needs to be repaired if it doesn't need to be fixed.
