Naper Auto Works does great work. I don't even bother going to the car dealership anymore because I can get the same work done without the hassle and the price is always better at Naper Auto Works. Every experience with them has been extremely positive.

As usual great service! My battery died, I called Naper auto and Bill came out, charged the battery and he followed me back to the shop. The battery was replaced and I was able to get back to work. Thanks for the great service!

I've had my cars serviced at Naper Auto Works for several years and am pleased with their work. I've also impressed with their customer service openness when they will give a frank assessment of the work needed and the cost; there's never been an instance when I've been pressured to have work done that I don't really need, and when they tell me that there are repairs needed I'm confident in telling them to go ahead.
