I started taking my cars to Naperville Auto approximately one year ago. Both cars are older (2000 Plymouth Neon and 2007 Saturn Aura). Obviously given their age the cars required considerable attention which I did not get from my previous mechanics. Every issue presented was resolve by Naperville Auto to my full satisfaction.. I was given all options and the cost of each option before work began. Afterwards, I was given a detailed explanation of what was done to correct the problems. Everyone I dealth with was couteous and professional.

Excellent and timely service done at my request. Accepted and understood my options for repairs on an older but useable vehicle. Updates given and done at a fair price.
