I have had several mechanics over the years with a variety of experiences. However, Naperville Auto has been the best. Their people are friendly, will answer any questions including in my case some clueless ones, and provide me with top service at a fair price. I've now been with them for several years and have two very old cars and they have enabled me to avoid buying a new car prematurely and saved me money in the process.

As always, I received a fair estimate of the cost involved and the final cost did not exceed the estimate. When I raised a couple of issues after I got the car back, Naperville Auto Repair immediately attended to them and returned my car promptly at no further cost to me.
