Was quoted $800 by another shop to replace two headlight bulbs. Naper Auto Works quoted me about half and when the job was finished it was about a quarter of what they had initially quoted. Most places would just take the money and run however, they showed integrity and only charged what they had to. Excellent service, will be using them for any car issues going forward.

They diagnosed my car’s problem, called me with a quote, ordered the necessary part and installed it and I got my car back the same day I dropped it off. Very professional.

I had my back breaks fixed beginning of this year somewhere else, and took my car here for new front breaks and they quoted me 1200 for my front and back rotors and break pads. A little over $600 for front and a little over $600 for the back. I took my car in somewhere else. They called me saying the back breaks are PERFECT, and they only charged me $350 for my front breaks. So definitely will never be brining my car back here. I went to Naperville Auto Service Center on reflection drive, for my $350 breaks 👍

There was immediate understanding of what the problem might be and they offered potential solutions at a reasonable price. The service person, Trevor, was clear and concise throughout.
