Excellent experience. The diagnostics were carefully made and the cost estimates were reasonably given. After their test drive, they could not find the reported problem, they even invited me to test drive with a machinist - extra effort at no extra charge! Definitely a 5-star!

Over the years, I have brought both my diesel Volkswagen Jetta and my Hyundai Santa Fe here because these mechanics have integrity. You may be able to find mechanics that can do the job as well as these fellows -- maybe -- but these gentlemen are honest and fair also. You don't see lots of advertising for this shop because THEY DON'T NEED TO ADVERTISE. Personal recommendations from previous customers keep their stalls full of satisfied customers. :)

I bring my VOLVO here instead of the dealership because I feel the service is just as good or better and the price is much less. If parts are needed, they use genuine VOLVO parts just like the dealer. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Naperville.
