Took my car there for the first time for an oil change. They recommended a few other small things be done which they were correct the car was due for such as change of wiper blades. I mentioned I had an issue with the tire pressure light always being on even when pressure is good. They confirmed tire pressure was good and fixed light by resetting it, and did not charge me for this. I got the impression they are good honest people who know what they are doing.

We paid $59.00 for a diagnostic fee for a problem that was unable to be reproduced, even though I reproduced it for a mechanic that drove around with me at the time of dropoff.

Brian, Im sorry you are not pleased with the charges for the time the technician spent to inspect the suspension and steering and insure the car was safe. Unfortunately we do from time to time encounter intermittent problems that can be difficult to isolate and after talking with the tech this appears to be one of those times. The technician and service manager did drive the car after the inspection and were unable to reproduce the noise.I have reached out to you to see what we can do to rectify the situation. Thank you

Naper Auto Works came to my rescue when I accidently ran down my battery. They came out within an hour and charged up the battery well enough to get it to the shop and kept it overnight to completely charge the battery. Saved my car and much aggravation. Thank you. They are always polite and provide transportation to and from the shop.
