I've had my cars serviced at Naper Auto Works for several years and am pleased with their work. I've also impressed with their customer service openness when they will give a frank assessment of the work needed and the cost; there's never been an instance when I've been pressured to have work done that I don't really need, and when they tell me that there are repairs needed I'm confident in telling them to go ahead.

I have been to Naper Auto Works twice and I can say I will never go anywhere else! The service and quality of work and communication is fantastic. In addition to performing needed work, I was given very detailed recommendations and estimates on upcoming work needed.

Always great experience. My wife and I have been taking our cars there for 30 years. 25 while living in Naperville and after moving to Houston and while visiting our son in Elmhurst, my wife had a problem with her car. She took it to Naperautoworks and after talking to Bill, had it fixed quickly and at a lower price than we thought it might be. Great job!
