Thorough, competent, honest, congenial, responsive, professional - Show me the list of all the adjectives that would be descriptive of a first-class, market-leading business of any type, and that list applies to Naper Auto Works. They worked and worked and worked on locating the cause of a tough problem with my SUV, and would not quit until they found it. They kept me informed all the way. My vehicle has 132,000 miles on it, and now it runs better than when it was new. This business is best-in-class. I highly recommend Naper Auto Works, and I am so thankful that we have somewhere to go to, with people/professionals - management and mechanics - when we need them. Absolutely the best.
