I started going to Naper Auto bc of their great reputation in Naperville. I continue to go there bc they are kind, friendly, honest and skilled. Thank you for your services!

We trust Naper Auto Works competent vehicle repairs and service. The staff always goes the extra mile. A couple of years ago, the check engine light came on right before an emissions check. Not only did they check the problem, but they took the car to the inspection station for us. During the last service, I dropped off the car before leaving on a week long trip to China. Naper Auto Works brought the car back to our house so that my wife didn't have to deal with it.

The staff was very helpful and informative with the details of my car repair.

I was a walk-in customer with a question about a repair that was recommended by the local dealership of my car’s brand. The repair seemed something was necessary (something that needs to be replaced eventually). I just wanted a second opinion and possibly a lower cost. I got the issue disagnosed right on the spot (the replacement was necessary). After checking the availability of the parts, I was able to leave the car there, have them drive me home. By the late afternoon the car was repaired, and it cost 25% less than what the dealer quoted me. I know I’ll be coming back here again.

The customer service here was spectacular!!! My van was a little bit of a challenge since it had multiple issues; they were very detailed in their inspection, and they took their time to not only explained the issues my van had but what that meant to me as a driver, and what they did to repair it. I felt very well taken care of and that not only was I listened to as a concerned customer, but they really went that extra mile to make sure my vehicle was safe and secure for me and my children.

This was my second visit to Naper Auto Works. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and brake check. I appreciate the honesty. Thanks!
