These guys are simply amazing. My experience with them is phenomenal and sets a high bar when it comes to finding mechanics who are expedient, knowledgeable and most of all, Trustworthy. I'm definitely appreciative of cars and have been a fan since I was a boy. The fact that other Napervillians trust a 70's Cadillac Eldorado (I saw it in one of the service bays) as well as Triumphs, Fiats and other hot little 2-seaters (saw thise in the service bays too) to Naper Auto Works speaks volumes to me. I have an older car that needed a water pump. They took it in, Bing, Bang, Bonk! I got it back the same day and have been driving around town with a pretty big smile. Efficient, fast and Less than I anticipated paying! Naper Auto Works has a raving fan in me. Thanks Bill and the crew! You're my first call when it comes to my cars!

The mechanic on duty drove my vehicle and got a feel for what I thought was going on with my car. He was very knowledgeable-both in general and about my specific make/model, as well as honest with me. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need, and I am grateful for that. I received an estimate for work that is not extremely urgent, and I can see myself coming back here to get it done.

First time there but seemed excellent. Got me in quick formlube a tire rotate and very professional.
