I was very pleased with their service on my 2007 Saturn Vue which needed brake repairs. John was friendly and informative. Facility was clean and organized. After I dropped off my car, Matt gave me a free ride home.

I always know when I go into Naper Auto Works that I'm getting just what I need and not being overcharged for it. They worked with my extended warranty to get all the work I needed done at the same time, saving me money.

Needed repair of ignition coils. Decided to replace all coils, sparks and serpentine belt which was an expensive repair. Nape Auto was fair with the price and did the work quickly. Car repairs are just very expensive!

Naper Auto Works is always very polite, prompt, and professional. They do only the work that needs to be done (not unnecessary things that add cost) and they do it very well. I especially like that they give detailed explanations of the car problems and the repair work that they plan to do or have done.

Very good service with a prompt appointment and pick up and delivery. I was given an explanation of the necessary repairs ahead of time. All of the work was done in a timely fashion. I will use Naper Auto Works Inc in the future.
