The ownership at naper auto was very pleasant and caring about an issue I was having with my service. Jim really went out of his way to make things right and do what he could as far as a resolution plan. I am very pleased with Naper Autos ownership.
Armando, I’m sorry to hear that your experience with our shop was unsatisfactory. As I review the concerns and talk with our technician and service advisor it appears that we did not do our job of effectively communication with you throughout the process and if that is the case we take full responsibility. The diagnosis of the problem found an electronic solenoid that controls a mechanical change internally needed for correct engine performance. I believe we did correctly identify the faulty part correctly and tried to convey that there was a possibility of further problems due to the high mileage on the engine. As for the estimate we tried to provide complete estimate pending disassembly. The cost could vary depending on the findings during the repair process which could account for the difference in the cost of the final repair. Again this responsibility lies on us if that was not clear. I will reach out to you directly to discuss the situation and hopefully come to a satisfactory conclusion.
