Great experience. I thought I needed brakes (based on dealer measurements 15K miles ago), Naper Auto Works checked them out and said they are still good. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. They found a burnt out license plate bulb and replaced it. Setting up the appointment via their website was easy. Overall it was perfect.

Always 5*. Been going there for well over 10 years, 7 FORDS, 1 MB S class, 1 Volvo, 1 1971 Cutlass - always satisfied w/ estimate and actual costs. Naper Auto Works takes the time to explain all work and why. They stand behind the repairs until all is right.I read some people complained about the labor charge to diagnose problems, get an estimate listing parts, labor then went elsewhere or did it them selves. They are just scammers looking for free professional advice .........I support locally owned businesses, especially if they have survived the test of time by being honest and competent, and keep up with all the new expensive equipment required to service modern vehicles.

Dropped in with a squealing noise. Bill came right out looked at my car and knew issue gave me quote on spot and a appointment for the morning. No hassles, no up sells, straightforward fixed it for under the quote. Best experience j have had with any auto shop ever!

We have been bringing our autos to Naper Auto Works for 12 years Unfortunately I no longer have my Dodge Diesel truck which they use to work on, but my wife and I just recently brought in her smart car that failed emissions, Jim and the team did a great job - they worked to discover the problem and even took it to the testing center for certification.
