We only had a tail light that needed to be replaced but they worked us into an otherwise full schedule of theirs to fix it. In our busy life it is always a huge help to have a group like Naper Auto Works that is willing to work around our schedule.

I needed a diagnosis of a possible timing belt failure. The work was done promptly and within the time estimated. I received thorough explanations about the diagnosis, which were easy to understand and very helpful. A very competent and honest shop.

I always get excellent service from Naper Auto works. I switched from getting my cars serviced at the dealer to Naper Auto Works when they were still new, because they did all the routine/scheduled service quicker and cheaper, and because they were able to solve a refrigerant problem the dealer didn't. Now that my cars are older, they do all sorts of repairs, including tracking down intermittant problems, and finding discontinued parts, and keep my cars running well. I have already recommended them several times.

My check engine light went on after I returned home from the shop. It was on when I took it in, but the failure could not be replicated, so there was no repair & no charge. Thanks Naper Auto Works

I was able to easily schedule by web a request for a "while you wait" oil change for the day & time I requested.Also, I believed my battery needed replacing because it went dead every two weeks or so when the vehicle was not started or driven. Finally, a low tire pressure alert came on when I started the car for my appointment.It turned out the battery tested OK, so no replacement needed, just keep a close watch on it and start the car at least every 15 - 20 days. The low tire pressure warning reset after topping off the air to the 35 psig spec. Again, keep a watch on it.Everyone at Naper Auto Works is always professional, courteous, honest and takes time to listen to customers and explain all details. Thus they did not ( and would never) sell me a battery I did not need!This is why I go there and have had 7 vehicles ( after new car warranty expired) serviced there for over 10+ years.

Very happy with service, value, and friendliness of staff. Was my first visit, and I do think I've found a new car repair place, happily leaving the dealership in the dust.

Naper Auto Works fixed my door ajar light problem in a timely manner for a very reasonable price . All employees were very courteous . Will be taking my car back there in the future .

Naper Auto is one place where anyone can put their trust in what can and will be done to their car.
