As good an experience as one can have when it comes to car repairs. Brought my MAZDA 6 here thinking I needed to replace the clutch. Instead they diagnosed a number of unrelated problems that made it seem like I was having clutch problems. They fixed them quickly and expertly. Now the car is running great again. Trust these guys!!

My 20 something son had used my Toyota Camry for over a year and had not maintained it - rough idle, failed inspection, check engine light on, damaged spare tire, etc. Naper Auto Works did the diagnostic testing based on the symptoms, found out the problems and called me with their recommendations & estimate. Although I didn't have them do all of the work, they did the most important items and took the vehicle over to IL DMV on their own & it passed inspection. This is not the first car that NAW has worked on for me - I can always trust their judgement, quality of workmanship & service.

I recently acquired an older pickup and wanted to make sure it was road worthy and safe so I brought it to Naper Auto Works with a laundry list of things I wanted done. The staff was extremely courteous and methodically went through my vehicle. Instead of blindly doing everything on the list they let me know what their inspection revealed and which items really didn't need to be done. They identified a couple of items I missed which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Naper Auto Works.
