We took the car in due to noise that appeared to be brake related. It wasn't. NAW found the cause of the noise and fixed it quickly. Then they went through the car and took care of other items that we initially hadn't thought they could fix reasonably but they did! My car is happy and so am I. Thanks for the great service! I have an older car and parts for it are difficult to come by so when there was an issue with the parking brake, they had to come up with an alternative solution than simply replacing it with the factory part. This left a cable which was twisting and caused some squealing noise when I drove. When I brought the car back for its pre-winter makeover (oil change, brake inspection), they figured out the problem and were able to secure the cable so that it no longer makes the noise. They also found the source of an oil leak that I had reported and repaired that. Feeling much better that my nearly 20 year old car will make it through another Chicago winter. :-)
