An emergency.situation happened to me that is not all that uncommon. I had a dead battery and most places are not open on Saturday. I called at 9:00, had my vehicle at Naper Auto Works by 10 (after getting it jumped), and got a call by 11:00 that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Thanks for providing great service!

I went to Naper Auto for new tires however I mistakenly gave them the wrong size. Bill quickly determined the mistake by checking the size of the tires on the car and the manufacturers sticker on the car. He quickly made arrangements to get the correct tires. After drop off and pick up at the local coffee shop by Charlie they had me going within a couple of hours. I wonder if the big box store that gave me the quote would have installed the wrong size tires. I sticking with Naper Auto. Bill, Jim and the rest of the staff are professional, knowledgeable and I trust them.

These guys are fun, intertaining, and a down right hoot! But that’s not why I bring my car to them. I do so because they are reliable, honest and fair .

Fixed our vehicle right away and we did not have to return, because, it was fixed correctly the first time!
