Naper Auto Works is very trustworthy. They tell you what is necessary to fix and what can wait. They don't invent things to fix to make more money off of you, like the dealerships do. They have integrity, which is hard to find in the auto repair business.

I cannot say enough about how good this place is. I took my Ford Fusion there to have it checked out before I had to have the emissions tested and they not only solved the problem, they also took it for me to have the emissions test done and it passed. Saved me an hour of my time! Exceptional customer service! I never feel that they are trying to upsell me or take advantage. It doesn't have the feel of place that would charge extra just because they can to women. Great Place - Thank YOU!!!!

Very courteous in explaining what exactly needed to be repaired on my car . Gave me several updates on the status of the repair . Finished the work before the time promised and was a little less on the original repair estimate ! Definitely a 5+ Auto Service ! Highly recommend them !

I have only been going to Naper Auto Works for about a year and a half, yet I don't know what I would do without them. I know nothing about cars, but they always make my visit less painful and they seem to be very knowledgeable in everything they do. They go the extra mile and explain in great detail what needs to be done with my car. My late husband used to handle all my car problems and this is the first time since his passing that I truly feel comfortable going to a car repair shop. I intend to continue going there for everything car related as the people are just fantastic.
